- Estimated Delivery: 2-7 business days
- Tracking is provided once your order has been shipped
Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-Orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.
Delays: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of LUXORA'S control. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances affecting the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LUXORA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
